Journaling Jenni

Ok. Here we go again. I am so bad at journaling that I thought I would give blogging a try. My family is getting away from me - they are growing so fast. Its quite humorous...I have several journals that I have started with the words "This time I'm going to prioritize this. Time is slipping away and I want to remember everything." Then I don't touch it again for a year or two. :)

We'll see how this goes:

Yesterday was Veteran's Day. I took the kids to Spring Lake Public Library where there was a presentation honoring Veterans. It was the first time they had heard a reader's theater so they were a little confused by the different people talking but it was great educational fun! Then I had them call each of their grandpas and interview them about their time in the service. Both Tim and I are very patriotic people and we hope to pass that "Love of Country" on to our children.

So thankful for our Vets!!
